Notes:
1. You will be prompted to key in your SingPass ID followed by your current SingPass password. For more information, please refer to Registration for SingPass.

2. For purpose of paying S$10 administrative fee, you are required to have your Visa/ Master Card or Internet Banking PIN and password ready. For more information, please refer to PEP Online Charges.


PEP Online allows an Employment Pass holder and his/her employers to transact with the Work Pass Division, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on matters related to Personalised Employment Pass (PEP). The user must have a SingPass when carrying out the transactions on PEP Online.
 

Registration for SingPass (Singapore Personal Access)

The SingPass is a common password belonging to an individual to transact with the Government online. It is also a common authentication tool for many Government e-Services. You are strongly advised not to disclose your personal SingPass to anyone. If you are a current EP holder applying for SingPass, the letter and password will be sent to your current employing company’s address. Subsequently, when you reset your SingPass password after issuance of PEP, the letter and password will be sent to your residential address. PEP Online is available from

  • 8am - 8pm (Singapore Time) on weekdays, and

  • 8am - 2pm (Singapore Time) on Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

PEP Online Charges
An administrative fee of S$10.00 will be charged for every PEP application submitted. However, there will be no application fee payable for the applicant’s dependants who might be applying for an accompanying Dependant’s Pass or a Long Term Social Visit Pass.

Payment for the PEP application must be made using the following payment channels: Visa/Master Card or eNets Debits or Flexipay. Processing of your application will take longer if payment mode is via Flexipay.
