MOM reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the services provided on this online portal at any time without giving prior notice or reason(s). 2. MOM may reject a PEP application without providing a reason(s). 3. MOM may withdraw or revoke any approval(s) that has/have been given in-principle at any time without giving prior notice or reason(s). 4. Incomplete or improperly completed PEP application will be rejected. 5. MOM may request for additional information, certification and/or verification of any information declared on the PEP application from the applicant. Failure to provide such information will result in the rejection of the PEP application, or withdrawal of the in-principle approval. 6. Any person who makes any false statement(s) to MOM is liable to be prosecuted. 7. There shall be no refund of fees paid for the application of PEP. Any such request for refund shall be at the discretion of the Controller of Work Passes. 8. MOM shall not be liable for any losses, damage or costs incurred by any person arising and related to an application, the issuance or withdrawal of any in principle approval, or arising from the use of this online portal.
