Notes:
1. To submit PEP applications using PEP Online, you will need to log in using your SingPass ID and your SingPass. For more information on SingPass, please refer to Information on SingPass.

2. For applications submitted via PEP Online, payment of the S$10 administrative fee will have to be made online. To do so, you are required to have your Visa/ Master Card or Internet Banking PIN and password ready. For more information, please refer to PEP Charges.

3. If you are not eligible to have a SingPass, you will need to make your PEP application using the manual application form available at MOM website.

4. PEP Online is available from

  • 8am - 8pm (Singapore Time) on weekdays, and

  • 8am - 2pm (Singapore Time) on Saturdays, excluding public holidays.

Information on SingPass

SingPass is a common password to transact with different Government online services. You are strongly advised not to disclose your personal SingPass to anyone.

Current Employment Pass (EP) holders can apply for a SingPass. If you are a current EP holder applying for SingPass, the letter and password will be sent to your current employing company’s address. Subsequently, when you reset your SingPass password after issuance of PEP, the letter and password will be sent to your residential address.

PEP Charges
An administrative fee of S$10.00 will be charged for every PEP application submitted. However, there will be no application fee payable for the applicant’s dependants who might be applying for an accompanying Dependant’s Pass or a Long Term Visit Pass.

Payment for a PEP application submitted using PEP Online can be made using one of the following payment channels: Visa/Master Card or eNETS Debit.
